The end of June marked 18 months of Fit with Friends! It feels like just yesterday I was putting together the first Google Spreadsheet and brainstorming how to make exercise more fun. 18 months later, and we are still kicking and have scored more points than I could have ever imagined!
Looking back over the past year and a half of Fit with Friends was really exciting for me. Fit with Friends never began with an intention to create a startup, but as users responded with enthusiasm, my only choice was to continue to provide and grow this service!
Over the past 18 months, users have been busy exercising, eating healthy, practicing mindfulness, and giving back to their community. We have seen some incredible accomplishments!
People are reporting that they are losing weight and changing their eating habits. They’ve tried new things. Users have made new friends or connected with their co-workers in new ways. And most importantly, Fit with Friend-ites are becoming healthy!

Wow! I am thrilled to be a part of the health journey of our users, and I’m ecstatic to know that Fit with Friends makes a difference in people’s lives!
