When I started Fit with Friends in January 2016, I thought it was a little project that would last a few months and then fizzle out. It has completely done the opposite, and I think I’m accidentally creating a business. Whoops.
I am encouraged to keep Fit with Friends going because people keep wanting to participate, and because of the positive feedback I received and continue to receive.
At the end of every month, I send out a survey to all the participants to ask them what’s working and what needs to be changed for the following month. I am completely overwhelmed with the positive responses I have heard. These motivate me to keep evolving Fit with Friends, and these responses share a story I never could. Fit with Friends was created to keep my friends and me accountable to each other. In the meantime, it’s created a really encouraging and motivating community.
